Founder & Managing Partner Renard Owens is a retired Baltimore Police Department veteran with 23 years of service, a husband, father, and published author. With over 15 years in real estate, he has successfully invested through wholesaling, rehabs, and rentals, but found his true niche in mortgage note investing. Today, he invests nationwide—primarily in the Southeast, South, and Midwest—where he has raised substantial capital and completed numerous deals, establishing himself as a trusted leader in the mortgage note space.

Founder & Managing Partner brings over 20 years of leadership and entrepreneurial experience across television production, restaurants, consulting, and executive search for Fortune 100 companies. A former leader at the Stephen Covey Leadership Foundation and international consultant in Geneva, he is now a successful real estate investor with a multi-million dollar commercial and residential portfolio spanning the Mid-Atlantic, Southeast, and South Central U.S.
